- While the veggies are cooking, melt a tablespoon of butter in a small skillet.
- Add 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and gently sauté until lightly browned.
- Add the juice of half a lemon. Optionally, add half the zest as well.
- Heat through but do not allow to burn.
- Toss the vegetable with the bread crumbs and serve.

Imprecise & Inexpensive
Two themes predominate in my approach to cooking. 1. Daily cooking of flavorful food need not be a precise art. 2. You can be an adventurous cook on a budget. Cooking and eating should be fun for both cookers and eaters.
